Lanette: The first picture above is me 65 pounds heavier. I was overweight for 30 years. This blog is dedicated to helping weight watcher members lose weight. I've been a leader for 5 years and want to share what I've learned and continue to learn about what works and what doesn't. I plan to feature successful weight watcher members who will inspire and encourage you to be healthy. I'll post regularly with tips and tools, recipes and techniques to make weight loss your reality.
